Payment
- Down payment of 20% after contract conclusion.

Heating
All prices include statutory VAT, final cleaning and
all utility costs except gas heating costs.
Heating costs: The guest bears the heating costs, which usually occur in winter. During the summer months, no guest has used the heating so far. The guest can control gas consumption
via the chosen temperature. The house is heated by gas.
The gas price is 20 cents per kWh.
